We loved the spacious and well-maintained room, along with the spotless bathroom. The reasonably priced breakfast offered a nice variety of sweet and savory options. The hotel's location was perfect, with a short walk to the conference center and plenty of good bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The free street parking on Sundays was a bonus.
The staff could have been more sociable, but it didn't cause any problems during our stay.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, offering attentive service and a helpful attitude. The rooms are clean and modern, with nice design touches and basic amenities provided. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the Guggenheim and the city center makes it a convenient choice for exploring Bilbao.

We loved staying at this modern hotel with excellent facilities and excellent staff. The hotel is situated close to the city center and only a short distance from the bus station, making transportation convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of offerings. We were pleased to learn that this hotel employs a high percentage of staff who have disabilities, a great step towards social progress.

We were impressed by the easy access to the hotel's amenities. The staff at the reception were friendly. They upgraded us voluntarily to a better room when they realized our initial room was quite basic. Overall we recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a hotel close to high street shops and on a bus line located in a nice neighborhood. The room was comfortable and clean with an excellent breakfast available. The staff were helpful and provided good service. there were nearby attractions such as the stadium and parks to visit.
The noise level from other guests in the next room was a bit loud and distracting.
